#1: Pre-Inspection
      Potential permanent stains are identified and  an evaluation of expected results will be provided. 
# 2: Dust Removal
       The tiles will be cleaned with a special pad so the dust will come out.
# 3: Pre-spray
       A preconditioning agent is applied to break soil and spots before cleaning.
# 4: Scrubbing
        With a professional machine the floor is scrub loose the soil and dirt.
# 5: Extraction and Rinse
       The floor is rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system to remove the soil, dirt and kill the allergens, without over   
       wetting or leaving a sticky residue behind.

Note: We assure the best service, but please note that sometimes not all the old stains spots will be completely removed.
